TOWN OF ANGELICA
PUBLIC HEARING ON DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
& TOWN BOARD MEETING TO ADOPT ORDINANCE APPROVING
THE TOWN’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Angelica will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall located at N3285 County Road C.

The public hearing will be held to gather public input on the draft Town of Angelica Comprehensive Plan. The draft Comprehensive Plan is a blueprint for the short-range and long-range growth, development, and preservation of the Town of Angelica. This draft Comprehensive Plan is designed to be used by Town of Angelica officials as a policy guide to develop or preserve appropriate areas of the Town over the next 20 years. It recommends types of land uses for specific areas in the Town, and identifies needed transportation and community facilities to serve future land uses.

The draft Comprehensive Plan is available for review at the Town of Angelica Clerk’s office and on the Internet at http://www.co.shawano.wi.us/. Written comments on the draft Comprehensive Plan should be submitted before the public hearing date to the Town of Angelica Clerk, W1569 County Road C, Pulaski WI 54162. All written comments will be forwarded to the Town of Angelica Town Board members.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Angelica Board of Supervisors will have on its agenda the approval of the Town Ordinance adopting the Comprehensive Plan at its monthly board meeting to be held on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall.
