TOWN OF ANGELICA PLANNING COMMITTEE

 

 

 

The Town of Angelica Planning Committee was organized in September of 1997 for the purpose of that committee giving their advisory recommendation to the Town of Angelica Board of Supervisors in regard to:

 

  1. requests for zone changes
  2. requests for variances to the County Zoning Ordinance No. 102 requirements
  3. requests for conditional uses under the County Zoning Ordinance No. 102
  4. requests for plats

 

In addition, the Town of Angelica Planning Committee Chairman reviews Certified Survey Maps forwarded to the town by the Shawano County Property Lister and either approves or disapproves the survey maps.

 

The Town of Angelica is under Shawano County Zoning but the above requests come before the Town of Angelica Planning Committee which gives its advisory recommendation to the Town Board, which board in turns makes an advisory recommendation to the Shawano County Planning Development and Zoning Committee.

The Town of Angelica Planning Committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month when requests have come to their committee for review.
