Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes are normally mailed out the first week of December.

 

If your real estate taxes are over $100.00, they can be paid in installments with the first installment being due by January 31st (payable to Town Treasurer) and the second installment due by July 31st (payable to the Shawano County Treasurer).  Real estate taxes of $100.00 or less are payable in full by January 31st to the Town of Angelica Treasurer.  Personal Property taxes are to be paid in full by January 31st.

 

Payment: 

Taxes may be paid by mail to the Town Treasurer as follows:

·        Payable by check or money orders made out to the order of “Treasurer, Town of Angelica”

·        NO CASH payments are accepted

·        Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of your tax receipt

 

Taxes may be paid in person to the Town Treasurer at the Angelica Town Hall and the Premier Community Bank

Refunds:  Refunds resulting from overages on escrow payments will be issued by check made payable to the name(s) on the tax bill at the next scheduled Town Board of Supervisors’ meeting provided that taxes due are paid IN FULL and check has cleared the bank.

 

 

Lottery Credit:  A Lottery Credit is applied to tax bills based on primary residency as of January 1st per guidelines of the State of Wisconsin.  If you do not receive a Lottery Credit but think you are eligible, an application form can be obtained from the Town Treasurer.
