NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Of the electors of the Town of Angelica, Shawano County

Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the Town of Angelica, Shawano County, Wisconsin will be held in the town at the town hall, N3285 County Road C, on the 15^th day of November, 2010 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2011 budget which begins at 6:30 p.m. for the following purposes:

(1) To approve the total highway expenditures for 2011 pursuant to Sec. 82.03 of Wis. Statutes.

(2) To approve the 2010 town tax levy, which is within the State imposed Municipal Levy Limit, to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Sec. 60.10 (1) (a) of Wis. Statutes.

The Town Board of the Town of Angelica, Shawano County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an Agenda of the special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Angelica for Monday, November 15, 2010 at approximately 7:00 p.m. (immediately following the Special Town Meeting), with the special meeting of the Town Board to be located at N3285 County Road C. The Town Chair or designee has provided communication of this public meeting to the requisite news media and to the Official Town Newspaper.
