     The Town Board of the Town of Angelica, Shawano County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an Agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Angelica for Monday, November 10, 2008 at 6:30 p.m., with the public meeting of the Town Board to be located at N3285 County Road C.  The Town Chair or designee has provided communication of this public meeting to the requisite news media and to the Official Town Newspaper.

 

AGENDA

  1.  Call to order – Pledge of Allegiance.
  2.  Roll Call/Quorum call.
  3.  Verification of Public Notice by Town Board, approval or modification of Agenda.
  4.  Approval of prior Town Board meeting minutes by Town Board.
  5.  Presentation and approval of Treasurer’s Monthly Report.

 

  1.  Report on Town correspondence from Town Clerk and other officers. (No action will be taken)
  2.  Report from Town’s Officers (No action will be taken)
  3.  Report from Town Planning Committee Chairman (No action will be taken)

 

  1.  Public comments

 

  1.  Specific matters for discussion and possible action by Town Board in Open Session are as follows:

 

    1. Review of fee charges for public services
    2. Review schedule of rates for payment of town employees
    3. Plan Commission Ordinance
    4. Approve proposed 2009 Town Budget & set date for Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting
    5. Appointment of new commissioner for the Krakow Sanitary District
    6. Approval of a Treasurer’s Bond
    7. Quotes for snowplowing in Zachow
    8. Appointment of one additional Election Inspector
    9. Set date for the 2009 tire pickup
    10. Formulate newsletter to go out with the tax statements

 

11. Discussion and possible action on the specific Town Board Notice and Agenda for upcoming Town Board meeting(s).

 

12.    Approve voucher listing for payment of bills
