Call to Order/Roll Call: Town Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 10:45 a.m. All officers were present for Roll Call.
Approval or Modification of Agenda: MOTION (Powers/Lewis/PASSED) to approve the agenda as posted.
Specific Matters for
Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:
MOTION (Lewis/Powers/PASSED) to adopt the 2008
Budget of the Town of Angelica as had been presented and finalized at the
budget hearing and special town meeting of the electors held prior to this
special town board meeting.
Adjournment: MOTION
(Powers/Lewis//PASSED) to adjourn
the meeting. The meeting was
adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
