Special Meeting ~Town of Angelica Board of Supervisors

October 24, 2007

Town Officials Present: Chairman, Richard Smith, Supervisors Clifford Powers and Wilbert Lewis,

and Clerk, Janet Power

Town Officials Absent: Treasurer, Lisa Matuszak

Others Present: None

Call to Order/Roll Call: Town Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 6:00 a.m. at the office of the Town Clerk located at W1569 County Road C. All officers except the Treasurer were present for Roll Call.

Verification of Public Notice by Town Board, Approval or Modification of Agenda: Clerk Powers verified that posting of the agenda for this meeting was done on October 22, 2007.

Specific Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:

A draft of Revenues and Expenditures excluding Road Expenses showing 2006 Actual, 2007 nine-months actual and three-months estimated compared to the 2007 Budget and Proposed 2008 Budget was reviewed and approved. The town board then worked on three-months estimated road expenditures for the remainder of 2007 and proposed road expenses for the 2008 Budget to be included in the Budget Summary to be posted for the notice of the November 10, 2007 Budget Hearing.

Adjournment: MOTION (Powers/Lewis//PASSED) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
