Town Officials Present: Chairman, Richard Smith, Supervisors Clifford Powers and Wilbert Lewis,

and Clerk, Janet Powers

Town Officials Absent: Treasurer Lisa Matuszak

Others Present: None

Call to Order/Roll Call: Town Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. Roll call was taken showing that only Treasurer Lisa Matuszak was absent. It was verified with Clerk Powers that proper posting of the meeting had been done. The agenda was posted on the afternoon of November 4, 2008 and also faxed to the Shawano Leader on Tuesday, November 4th by Clerk Powers.

Approval or Modification of Agenda: MOTION (Powers/Lewis/PASSED) to approve the agenda as posted.

Specific Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:

MOTION (Lewis/Powers/PASSED) to adopt the 2009 Budget of the Town of Angelica as had been presented and finalized at the budget hearing and special town meeting of the electors held prior to this special town board meeting.

Adjournment: MOTION (Lewis/Powers/PASSED) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
