Town Officials Present: Chairman Richard Smith, Supervisor Wilbert Lewis and Clerk Janet Powers

Town Officials Absent: Supervisor Cliff Powers and Treasurer Lisa Matuszak

Others Present: Theresa Krueger and Donald Staszak

Call to Order/Roll Call/Verification of Meeting Notice: Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. All officers except Supervisor Powers and Treasurer Matuszak were present for Roll Call. The Chairman verified with the Clerk that proper posting of the meeting had been done.

Specific Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:

The purpose of the meeting was to act on the applications of Theresa R. Krueger for a Combination Class B Beverage License, a Cigarette and Tobacco Products Retail License and approval by the Town Chairman of being appointed as the Agent for Softtails LLC. MOTION (Lewis/Smith/PASSED) to approval issuance of a Combination Class B Beverage License and a Cigarette License to Theresa R. Krueger as Agent for Softtails LLC.

Adjournment: MOTION (Lewis/Smith/PASSED) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
