Call to Order/Roll Call: Town Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. All officers except the Treasurer were present for Roll Call.
Verification of Public Notice by Town Board, Approval or Modification of Agenda: Clerk Powers verified that posting of the agenda for this meeting was done on June 19, 2009. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to accept the agenda as posted.
Specific
Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:
a. Form AT-104, Schedule for
Appointment of Agent by Corporation/Nonprofit Organization or Limited Liability
Company, was reviewed. MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to
approve Scott R. Karcz as the Agent for Krash Inn LLC.
b. Form AT-106, Original
Alcohol Beverage License Application, an application for a Combination Class B
Liquor License was reviewed by the board.
All fees, including publication, had been paid. MOTION
(Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY) to grant a Combination Class B Liquor
License to the Krash Inn LLC, Agent Scott R. Karcz, for the licensing year of
7/1/2009 through 6/30/2010.
c. MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to grant a Retail Tobacco Products License to Krash
Inn LLC, Agent Scott R. Karcz for the licensing year of 7/1/2009 through
6/30/2010.
d. Applications for an
Operator’s License for Scott R. Karcz and Lisa A. DuBois were reviewed. MOTION
(Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to grant an Operator’s License to Scott R. Karcz.
and Lisa A. DuBois.
Adjournment:
MOTION
(Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to adjourn
the meeting. The meeting was adjourned
at 10:55 a.m.
