TOWN OF ANGELICA

Special Town Meeting – November 16, 2009

Those attending were the same four town officials plus two residents who attended the Town Budget Hearing prior to this special meeting.

The special town meeting was brought to order at 7:05 p.m. [Clerk’s note: The meeting had been posted fifteen days prior at the town hall and post offices in Krakow and Zachow. Notice of the Special Town Meeting was also posted on the town’s website.]

(1) MOTION Janet Powers/Elmer Kraning/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that highway expenditures of $420,581.00 be approved for 2010.

(2) MOTION (Elmer Kraning/Wilbert Lewis/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that the Town Tax Levy for 2009 taxes (to be paid in 2010) be $371,229.00 resulting in a mil rate of $3.052865044 per thousand of aggregate assessed valuation.

(3) MOTION (Janet Powers/Greg Van Asten/PASSED) to close the special town meeting. The meeting was closed at 7:15 p.m.
