Call to Order/Roll Call/Verification of Meeting Notice: Chairman Smith called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Per Chairman Smith the agenda was posted on Friday, April 9, 2010.
Approval of Prior Town Board Minutes: MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to approve the minutes of the regular town board meeting of March 15, 2010.
Approval of Treasurer’s Monthly Report: The Treasurer’s report was presented to the board by Treasurer Matuszak showing balances as of March 31, 2010 of $31,914.05 at Citizens Bank in Pulaski and $262,914.27 at Premier Community Bank in Pulaski.

Correspondence: Correspondence reviewed: (1) Certified Survey Map for 3 lots on Cuba Drive prepared for Lee J. and Wendy Duichateau (2) Three Shawano County land-use permits issued for property in the town (3) Letter received on March 18, 2010 from the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department regarding the “Delinquent Dog Owners” r eport and the town’s responsibility to ensure that the list has been verified (4) April 5, 2010 report from the DNR on Yield Taxes for MFL lands that are due (5) Copy of April 1, 2010 letter from DNR to Tom Kuczer approving a drainage project (6) Copies of Angelica Hillside Cemetery Association bank statements (7) Brochures from Wisconsin Salt Solutions and Oconto Electric Cooperative
Public Comments: MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to open the meeting up to
public comments. Barney Eckberg requested that Hillside Drive is being damaged by large trucks. Requested if trucks could us Hwy F to access Hillside Drive. Kathy Lasecki requested that trees overhanging Willow Road (between Middle Dr. and Town Hall Rd.) be looked at because of safety issues of falling on road.
New Business:
a) Chad Przybylski was
present to request a conditional use permit for a home occupation-major that
will involve the operation of metal fabrication business and rental business
for refuse containers on his property at W2313 Hillside Dr., Pulaski. Legal Description: 004-31310-0000. E ½ NE ¼ SW ¼ Section 31, T26N, R18E. Town of
Angelica, Shawano County, WI. 20
acres. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis
PASSED) to issue conditional use permit for home occupation – major to Chad and
Laurie Przybylski.
b) Tom Maroszek was
present to ask for a three year renewal for the conditional use permit for the
Performance Excavating Non-Metallic pit at N4753 Elm Rd., Krakow, Wisconsin
(CU-24-00) Parcel #004-3090-0000. All
conditions will remain the same and two additional additions will be
added. No. 9 will say a bond of $5000
(Town Ordinance 511-09) shall be put up to help cover road repair in the
future. No. 10 will state that the East
Central Planning Reclamation plan must be transferred to Tom Maroszek from Performance Excavating. MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten
PASSED) to issue Tom Maroszek a three year renewal
conditional use permit for the Performance Excavating Non-metallic pit at N4753
Elm Rd., Krakow.
c) Proposals for building inspector were
reviewed. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis PASSED) to hire Tom Smith through December 31,
2010
d) Shawano County MABAS Agreement was
reviewed. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis PASSED) to accept agreement
e) MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten
PASSED) to agree to the Pipeline easement between Graf Creamery and the Town of
Angelica
f) An application for Bartender’s License for
Alex Wojick II and Ruth Thomas was reviewed. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis
PASSED) to issue Bartender’s License to Alex Wojick
II and Ruth Thomas
g) Treasurer Matuszak is looking into changing
the Citizen Bank Account to Premier Community Bank
h) Supervisor Lewis brought up moving the tire
collection location. This is to be added
to the next meeting agenda
i)
Special
meeting will be held on April 19, 2010
at 2:00 pm to go over the bids for lawn cutting
Voucher Listing/Payment of Bills: MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to approve payment of vouchers V 4978 – V 5022.
Adjournment: MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/ PASSED) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm.
