Call to
Order/Roll Call/Verification of Meeting Notice:
Chairman Smith called
the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. All officers except the Clerk and Treasurer
were present for Roll Call. The agenda
was posted on the afternoon of April 16, 2010.
Specific
Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:
a. Proposals for
grass cutting at the Krakow Park and town hall were reviewed. MOTION
(Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to accept the bid of Schwartz Lawn Cutting in the
amount of $35.00 per cutting and trimming the grass at the town hall. MOTION
(Smith/Van Asten/PASSED) to accept the bid of David Marcks in the amount of
$80.00 per cutting and trimming pending his meeting the town’s requirements
regarding the Independent Contractor’s Test and if he does not meet these
requirements, the bid of $90.00 per cutting and trimming from Leonhardt Lawn
& Landscape would be accepted.
Adjournment: MOTION (Lewis/Van Asten/PASSED) to
adjourn the meeting. The meeting was
adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
