TOWN OF ANGELICA

Special Town Meeting – November 15, 2010

Those attending were the same four town officials who attended the Town Budget Hearing prior to this special meeting.

The special town meeting was brought to order at 6:50 p.m. [Clerk’s note: The meeting had been posted fifteen days prior at the town hall and post offices in Krakow and Zachow. Notice of the Special Town Meeting was also posted on the town’s website.] The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

(1) MOTION Greg Van Asten/Wilbert Lewis/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that highway expenditures of $399,163.00 be approved for 2011.

(2) MOTION (Wilbert Lewis/Greg Van Asten/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that the Town Tax Levy for 2010 taxes (to be paid in 2011) be $382,366.00 resulting in a mil rate of $3.14822164 per thousand of aggregate assessed valuation.

(3) MOTION (Greg Van Asten/ Wilbert Lewis/PASSED) to close the special town meeting. The meeting was closed at 6:55 p.m.
