Wilbert Lewis and Greg Van Asten,
and Clerk, Janet Powers
Town Officials Absent: Treasurer Lisa Matuszak
Others Present: No one
Call to Order/Roll Call: Town Chairman Smith called the
meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Roll call was taken showing that only Treasurer
Lisa Matuszak was absent. [Clerk’s
note: The agenda was posted on the
afternoon of November 1, 2010 and also e-mailed to the Shawano Leader on,
November 1st.
Approval or
Modification of Agenda: MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED)
to approve the agenda as posted.
Specific
Matters for Discussion and Possible Action by Town Board in Open Session:
a. MOTION (Lewis/Van
Asten/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY) to adopt the 2011
Budget of the Town of Angelica as had been presented and finalized at the
budget hearing and special town meeting of the electors held prior to this
special town board meeting.
b. Resolution 11-15-10, a Bond Resolution regarding
collection of all 2010 state and county taxes by the Town Treasurer was
reviewed. MOTION (Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to
approve Resolution 11-15-10 as presented.
Adjournment: MOTION
Van Asten/Lewis/PASSED) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
