TOWN OF ANGELICA

Special Town Meeting – November 14, 2011

Those attending were Town Chairman Richard Smith, Town Supervisors Wilbert Lewis and Greg Van Asten, Treasurer Lisa Matuszak, Clerk Janet Powers, Richie Ferfecki, Elmer Kraning, Brian Eckberg and Tom Kuczer.

The special town meeting was brought to order at 6:17 p.m. [Clerk’s note: The meeting had been posted fifteen days prior at the town hall, Hilbert Street in Zachow and post office in Krakow. Notice of the Special Town Meeting was also posted on the town’s website.]

(1) MOTION (Richie Ferfecki/Elmer Kraning/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that the Town Tax Levy for 2011 taxes (to be paid in 2012) be $382,366.00.

(2) MOTION Elmer Kraning/Richie Ferfecki/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY VOICE VOTE) that highway expenditures of $426,407.00 be approved for 2012.

(3) MOTION (Wilbert Lewis/Greg Van Asten/PASSED) to close the special town meeting. The meeting was closed at 6:22 p.m.
