UDC Building Inspection
The following construction in the Town of Angelica requires a Wisconsin Uniform Building Permit Application:
1. All new site-built dwellings
2. Manufactured dwellings
3. Installation of manufactured homes
4. Alterations and additions to buildings in any twelve-month period. Residing, re-roofing, window replacement, finishing of interior surfaces and installation of cabinetry, and general maintenance shall be exempted from permit requirements.
5. Any structural changes or major changes to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems shall require permits.
